I'm completely besotted with this Mayonnaise with a hint of wasabi at the moment...it is truly delicious and very gentle on the tongue unlike some wasabi condiments.
It isn't the light version, so I am always extremely careful to measure 1 flat tablespoon for 1pp/40kcal. This is the kind of ingredient that can easily take you over your propoint/calorie allowance if you don't take care, especially if you are having a love affair with it and want to eat it with every dish!
It really livens up a piece of grilled chicken or salmon and was rather yummy in a pastrami sandwich the other day. It's also lovely drizzled on a salad, or used as a base for a salad dressing with some lime juice and black pepper.
