CUPBOARD LOVE : Bouillon Stock Powder


It's always a good idea to keep a pot of  reduced salt stock powder in your store cupboard, especially if you make as much soup as I do! Even though I like to pack my recipes full of fresh ingredients, sometimes a dish just needs a little help. This stock gives a real boost to dishes such as homemade soups and gravies by enhancing the flavours of the original ingredients.

The reason I particularly like this brand is because it contains no artificial preservatives, colouring or flavourings.
